Ready to make an appointment? Complete the Main patient form; Dental questionnaire; Medical questionnaire online and save time. Someone will contact you to set up an appointment time that is convenient to talk with Dr. Coleman.

The initial visit takes about an hour. We will take a few photos of your smile and teeth. This will allow us to create a computer generated before and after simulation of what your smile could look like with a few changes. Dr. Coleman will then spend some time getting to know you and what you expect to achieve. From that conversation we can decide what additional information that Dr. Coleman may need to complete your treatment plan. Such as; Diagnostic models; Radiographs (X-Rays); additional photographs.

Depending on what your goals are a treatment plan will be developed that will be tailored to meet those goals. In most cases there will be several options on how we can accomplish the goals that you want. We will explain the pro’s and con’s of each option so you can decide which sounds best for you. A second appointment will be scheduled to go over these options and finalize a treatment plan that both you and Dr. Coleman feel comfortable with.

Once a plan has been agreed upon a timetable to accomplish the work will be set up. You will be sporting your new smile before you know it. Most smiles can be completed within 2 weeks. We can work within a few days timeline if you need to get things done in a hurry.
